Get Fit! My Go To Gurus

I just wanted to talk a little about my fitness routine.

I am not obsessed by any means but I want to be healthy and I know to do that, I must get moderate exercise.

I try my best to work out 5 days a week. Sometimes I do more, sometimes less. It really just depends on how my week is going.

Recently, to get myself over a plateau, I started working out (short workouts) in the mornings before work, a lunchtime workout, and then some night time stretching. It has really helped!

These are my favorite workout gurus on YouTube:

She also has a lot of workouts on her blog with breakdowns! She has really good energy and it's easy to follow along with her :)

They are a team who do videos. They also offer plans on their website for fees. I am not signed up. I do their quick workouts usually during my lunch break. Some of their videos even tell you how many calories you possibly burned while doing that particular workout!

I've actually been doing Jessica Smith's workouts for quite some time. They are low impact for the most part. She seems super nice and happy. I love her walking videos for a quick pick-me-up!

I found Tori's website about a year ago. I really like her full length videos. She usually has good music to go along with them to keep you pumped!

I just found this YouTube channel. But after doing 2 workouts with her, I know I will love it!
